The court gods have definitely blessed Justin Bieber with a wonder stroke of luck. According to TMZ, Bieber will score a major plea deal in his Miami Beach DUI Case. The pop star got a lucky break this go round: all three of his charges will be dropped. Sources revealed that prosecutors have backed off the DUI, resisting arrest and driving without a license charges, and are working out a deal with Bieber’s lawyers for the singer to plead no contest to reckless driving. Although Bieber could receive up to one-year probation, he will not be subject to random drug tests as initially thought.
Now we can lay our “Free Bieber” gear to rest.
