Paul Walker's mother reveals why it's best for daughter Meadow to live with Paul's family rather than her mom

                                               Pual walker's  mother has reportedly filed court documents seeking guardianship over  her  late son 's daughter meadow.

Cheryl Walker claims Meadow’s mother, Rebecca Soteros, has a drinking problem and is unable to take care of her 15-year-old daughter because of her addiction, according to  TMZ 

TMZ previously reported that Soteros has two DUIs on her record – one she received in 2003 and another from just last year. They also claim Meadow moved from Hawaii, where she was living with her mother, to live with Paul three years before his tragic passing. The site alleges that she moved because of her mother’s alcoholism.

Cheryl’s telling a very different story, however. She says she’s very much qualified to care for her daughter as she’s raised four children, is a registered nurse and a loving person.

In his will  paul requested that his mom become meadow's legal guardian, but it remains unclear whether or not the actor will get his wish.
